Zona Rosa and Chicó meet between calle 80 and calle 100, east of carrera 15. These blocks have coworking chains, specialty cafés and Parque de la 93. This guide uses only figures published in October 2026: address, opening hours, daily or monthly price, and what each source says about how busy the place is.

If you’re going to live in the area for a month, separate your bed from your desk. Atlantis 102, an apartment for monthly stays in Zona Rosa puts these streets within walking distance, and you can spend your workday at a coworking space or café.

WeWork publishes its rates on the building’s listing, plus taxes and fees. Spaces and Regus appear on workin.space excluding VAT, with a notice that the amount varies depending on the office, promotion and term. The official exchange rate for October 19, 2026 is not on those pages, so amounts remain in Colombian pesos (COP).

WeWork: calle 81 and Chicó Norte

The location at calle 81 #11-08 is on the edge of Zona Rosa. WeWork places it in Chapinero and notes that buses on carrera 11 and calle 82 are a two-minute walk away. Staffed hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00. Saturday and Sunday are listed as closed. The listing indicates extended hours without publishing a closing time.

A single-day pass is not listed on that page. The All Access membership is, and includes one coworking reservation per day across the network:

The same listing includes the Chicó Norte location, carrera 11B #99-25, with the same membership from $713.741 per month and a one-person private office from $1.129.900 per month, also for 12 months. Staffed hours are the same: Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 18:00, closed on weekends, with extended hours but no published time range. There are phone booths, meeting rooms and staff on site. This location shows a rating of 4,7 from 44 reviews, and the reviews displayed on the page go up to September 2023. No figures for how many people occupy the floor in 2026 are published. The calle 81 listing has no reviews. The calle 100 TransMilenio station is a 15-minute walk from Chicó Norte.

Spaces Chicó 94

Spaces Chicó 94 is at carrera 11 #93A-83. Reception opens Monday through Thursday from 8:00 to 17:30 and Friday from 8:00 to 17:00. It is closed on Saturday and Sunday. The listing places the calle 92 TransMilenio station about a 15-minute walk away.

A September 2026 review, left after booking a room for 12 people, rates the place 9,6 out of 10 and says the location is easy to reach. It does not describe whether the open workspace was full.

Regus QBO, Parque de la 93

Regus occupies the QBO building, calle 93A #13-24, next to Parque de la 93. Reception is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 17:00 and closes on weekends. The operator’s text presents the neighborhood as a business district and also as a tourist destination with events throughout the year. That sentence describes the street. The floor’s occupancy is not included in the listing.

Three days at Spaces total $716.283 excluding VAT, almost the same as WeWork’s basic membership with a 12-month commitment ($713.741 before taxes). Four days at Regus total $715.284, again in the same range. Five days at Regus total $894.105, and four days at Spaces total $955.044. From that point on, WeWork’s monthly fee is lower than continuing to pay by the day. The products are not identical: WeWork provides a daily reservation across its network, while a month at Spaces provides a desk at that location. The monthly desk price at Spaces, $1.839.000 excluding VAT, is higher than WeWork’s basic membership.

Cafés with WiFi

For writing or reading email, a café is enough. For a call that cannot be interrupted, a coworking space offers a booth or meeting room. Spaces and Regus advertise high-speed WiFi. WeWork advertises a secure network, wired connectivity and support. None of the listings publishes a speed in Mbps.

Azahar Coffee at Parque de la 93, calle 93B #13-91, opens seven days a week from 7:00 to 20:00. In its October 2026 update, the Laptop Friendly Cafe guide marks it as having free WiFi and being suitable for laptops. Its rating is 4,6 from 3.371 reviews. The summary of those reviews says the café gets busy especially in the afternoon, and that service remains fast. Opening time, at 7:00, is the least busy period that this reading supports.

Café 18, in El Chicó, carrera 11B #96-54, opens Monday through Friday from 7:00 to 19:00 and on weekends from 8:30 to 16:00. The same guide lists it with free WiFi, a rating of 4,6 from 757 reviews, and classifies it as quiet. No peak hours are published: "quiet" is the directory’s label.

On Saturday and Sunday, reception at WeWork, Spaces and Regus is closed according to these listings. Azahar stays open until 20:00. Café 18 opens and closes at 16:00.
